Alumni Cabinet

Muhammad Umer

Vice President

Muhammad Umer, a graduate of the pioneer batch of the National University of Technology (NUTECH), earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering in 2022. A dynamic and visionary individual, he played a transformative role in shaping student life at NUTECH. As the Founding President of the NUTECH Media and Publicity Society, Umer served with dedication for 3.5 years as President of the society. During this time, he single-handedly managed several major university events. He also proposed and organized key flagship activities that played a vital role in shaping and establishing the cultural traditions of the university. Among the most prominent were NUTECH’s first-ever Spring Gala, the inaugural Photography and Videography Event—now known as Media Fest—and the very first E-Gaming Competition.

Following graduation, Umer, along with Arbab Muhammad Ali, took the initiative to create the first-ever Alumni Association for NUTECH graduates—an essential platform to connect alumni, foster mentorship, and strengthen ties with the university. He holds the distinct honor of being selected as the Founding Vice President of the association for a one-year term, with a focus on establishing its foundation and guiding its early organizational development. His leadership was later affirmed through democratic means when he was elected as the Vice President for a two-year term (2025–2027), a testament to the trust and respect he commands among fellow alumni.

Professionally, Muhammad Umer started his own Merchandise Manufacturing Company, specializing in casual wear, sportswear, and fitness apparel. His drive for innovation, leadership, and community-building continues to inspire many within and beyond the NUTECH fraternity.
